Who We Are
Airbenders is a small, family-oriented power tumbling, cheer & ninja gym. Matt & Rose decided to move forward in 2017 with a small group and a large dream. Airbenders is hungry to make a legacy in Owasso by providing the best customer service and true quality classes for our families.
Our mission is to provide a safe, fun atmosphere where our athletes can grow in character, skill & strength both mentally and physically.
Our motto has always been “good people first, good athletes second”.
Meet the Owners
Matt and Rose Hinds are the owners of Airbenders Gym in Owasso, OK. Their vision is to provide a high quality, safe, and a family-friendly facility where kids can come and feel at home.
They both have over 32 years of combined coaching experience in different aspects of the gym. In a small nutshell, Matt was a collegiate D1 cheerleader for 4 years, competed nationally for Oklahoma State University and has coached college cheer for the past 9 years. Rose was a Power Tumbler for 14 years and competed at the Elite Level internationally, representing Team USA, and went on to also cheer for Oklahoma State University. Both coaches have coached many State, Regional, and National Champions, but as much as they love winning, a majority of their focus is on building well-rounded athletes.
Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up. –Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
